Sam Clayton Photography is led by Sam Clayton Ingesoulian, a Southeast Michigan-based photographer with a background rooted in the built environment. Before picking up a camera professionally, Sam spent over two decades in property management — learning firsthand what makes a space work, what makes it sell, and what makes it worth showing off.

That experience shapes how we shoot. We're not just photographing a building; we understand the design decisions behind it, the way light moves through a space, and what architects, designers, and builders actually need their images to communicate.

Sam Clayton Photography grew out of Twenty Four North Media, a Michigan real estate media company built on the same principles: reliability, craftsmanship, and a no-hype approach to getting the job done right. As demand grew for high-end architectural and design photography beyond real estate listings, Sam Clayton Photography was created to serve that work specifically; architecture firms, interior designers, builders, and developers who need imagery as considered as their projects.

We work across Metro Detroit and throughout Michigan and Canada, bringing the same white-glove standard, clear communication, fast turnaround, and images that hold up to scrutiny to every architectural and design project we shoot.
